Bob was raised in Lismore, attended Woodlawn College, obtained his legal qualifications from the University of Sydney and was admitted as a solicitor in 1981.
He commenced practice in Ballina in 1983. Bob currently practices in Property, Commercial, Development and Land Law. Bob is very involved in Community Organisations mainly focusing on youth and disability issues.
Bob is married with 3 children.

Col Simmons

Colin joined the practice in 1988 with a background in accounting.
He undertook studies through the University of Sydney and was admitted as a Solicitor in 1994.
Colin graduated to partner in 1999. Colin has a range of experience in Conveyancing, Personal Injury, Wills, Probate, Litigation and Estate Planning. Colin is married with 3 children and lives in Ballina.

Luke Harrison

Luke undertook his law degree at the University of Tasmania and was admitted as a solicitor in 2003. He began practicing in his hometown of Hobart. In 2004 Luke and his wife Fiona moved to Ballina where he worked locally as a solicitor. He joined this firm in 2010 and currently practices in Personal Injury, Litigation, Criminal, Family, Property and Commercial Law.
Luke is an actice member of the Ballina Triathalon Club and the Northern Rivers Cycling Club. |
